NFL lawsuits about concussions

Over 100 former professional football players join more then a 1,500 other players that claim the NFL hid the dangers of concussions from them. The last lawsuit filed Thursday states the NFL "repeatedly refuted the connection between concussions and brain injury." I went on to say they failed "to take reasonable steps necessary to protect players from devastating head injuries. Moreover, the NFL has downplayed and misrepresented the issues and misled players concerning the risks associated with concussions." The NFL has that "any allegation that the NFL intentionally sought to mislead players has no merit." At this point there has not been a trial date set.

Wait What?

Pizza Hut has started to have their stuffed crust pizza filled with cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. They are calling it the "Crown Crust" because of the shape. When you get your pizza you have the choices to have to burger or the chicken "gems". You can only get the pizza in the U.K. and the middle east (might be worth the trip) and maybe become available in the U.S. at some point. So if you are the person who can't pick between a cheeseburgers and pizza, Pizza Hut has fix the problem forever.... unless you are stuck between a cheeseburger or chicken strips then your on your own.

100 Days Till Summer Olympics!

Seven years after upsetting Paris to win the right to host the 2012 Olympics London is in the final months  of a long lead up to the sports biggest few weeks. The venues are on schedule and within the budget. The tickets are selling out very quickly and sponsorship revenue has exceeded the expectation they say. One of the biggest parts of the count down to the Olympics is the security around the events and competitors. There is a $881 million dedicated to minimize the risks that includes the deployment of 35,000 security guards and police at the games venues and still the budget out still go up.

Door County rednecks die at The Walmart

Last week at The Walmart 4 rednecks died after getting lost and not being able to find their way out. They lived for three day on nothing but the Hong Cong they had before they came and the dog food they found in The Walmart. A worker from The Walmart called the cops after he had seen the same big old muddin truck in the parking lot for 3 days. When the cops found the boys they where in the buck hunting section in full camo it was said they had gone crazy and were trying to hunt the fake deer. When they checked the I.D.s of the boys all they said was BuckShot, RubberDucky, LeftFoot, and SmokeyBear. They really did not know what to do with the rednecks so they did what they knew would be right and put them in a mud pit shot of a 12 gauge shot gun and left them there.

Boulder breaks loose

Tuesday night in Athens, Ohio, a boulder about 25 feet in diameter broke away from a hillside. The boulder knocked down phone power and cable lines as it rolled down the hill and stopped after hitting the cars and the family's house.  No one was hurt but the family was the house at the time but in another part of the home. A witness said "At first I thought it was thunder," and "Then I saw sparks and thought it was firecrackers." It was said that it came off the hill from combination of tree roots and heavy rain allowed the rock to break free. The city workers say the only way they can remove the boulder is to brake it in to smaller parts and take it way.
